Matcha Dream Balls

Whip up some chocolate matcha bliss balls for a deliciously fun and energizing treat! These dream balls are a luscious combination of dark chocolate and matcha. They are packed with antioxidants, plant-based protein with an amazing blend of superfoods - perfect for a quick pick-me-up during the day.


Ingredients:

1 cup Almond Meal

4 dates (soaked)

1 tbsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter

1/2 cup unsweetened almond butter

1/4 cup honey (or Maple syrup for Vegan option)

1/4 cup Philosophie raw cacao powder (get it here https://bit.ly/3UVezHR)


Topping (optional):


Instructions:

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until you have a sticky, chocolate dough. Roll this magical mixture into bite-sized balls, sprinkle your favorite topping and pop them in the fridge for an hour. Get creative with the topping, try adding some shredded coconut or chopped nuts like cashew/almond/pecan. Have a bite, I bet you'll want more ;)
